RENTAL CONDITIONS  MALAGA U DRIVE S.L.

Our Rates include:

• VAT
• CDW (collision damage waiver) – subject to excess
• TP (third party) liability
• Theft (subject to excess unless excess waiver taken)
• 24 hour on the road assistance
• No cancellation fee
• Unlimited mileage

Please note that currentexcess deposit will be as follows:

Fair fuel policy

Full to Full or Half to Half. No refuelling fees / service charges, No paying more than local pump prices, No paying for fuel that you don’t use.

Night delivery 

There applies a night service fee of 30€ for pick up or return of the rental car between 22:00-07:00
