What exactly is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes collision damage waiver (with excess), third party, theft, VAT, unlimited mileage, cleaning, pic-up and drop-off.

What is not included in the rental price?

In case of the accident or theft the insurance excess is not included in the price. Compact, Economy and Full Size Group 300 Euros and 500 Euros in other groups.

What is your fuel policy?

The fuel tank will be full or part-full when you pick your car up. Just replace the fuel you’ve used before you drop your car off and you’ll pay no fuel fees at all. No surprises. Full to Full or Half to Half. No refuelling fees / service charges, No paying more than local pump prices, No paying for fuel that you don’t use.

Can I return my car in another city? For example rent it in Malaga and return it in Seville?

We do not offer the possibility of return between different cities. Exceptions are returns in locations close to our main office in Málaga up to 50 kilometers for an additional fee.

Are there any out of hours collection or return charges?

 

If you arrive between 22:00-7:00 there is an out of hours charge of 30€.

What should I do if the car breaks down?

You should immediately call our emergency free phone number on 0034 602-865-541 so that we can help you as soon as possible.

What is your privacy policy?

In accordance with the Spanish Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and in compliance with Article 5 of this Law and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21 December, on Security Measures for Computer Files containing Personal Data, we inform you that:
We undertake to treat your data confidentially, and exclusively for the aforementioned purposes, guaranteeing the security of your data so that it may not be altered, lost, used or accessed without authorisation.
The data that you provide will be included in files belonging to the MALAGA U DRIVE S.L., and will be used for internal processing.
You can exercise your right to access, rectify, cancel and oppose the use of your data by means of the forms available at our offices, or by post MALAGA U DRIVE S.L. C/Rocio Jurado 33, CP 29620 Torremolinos Malaga- Spain or by email: bookings@malagaudrive.com

If I have a complaint who should I contact?

In the first instance you should ask to speak to our Manager who will try to resolve all your problems. Should you feel the need to express your complaint in writing, please do so either by e-mail to bookings@malagaudrive.com or by fax to + 34 602 865 541, or by traditional mail to: C/Rocio Jurado 33, CP 29620 Torremolinos Malaga- Spain. We will answer within 30 working days.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

If you would like to cancel or change your reservation you can do it anytime simply contact with our office by email: bookings@malagaudrive.com or telephone + 34 602 865 541.

How much time you need to confirm my reservation?

We need minimum 48 hours to confirm your reservation. If your reservation is urgent please contact us by telephone + 34 602 865 541.
